Skins for the Digital Entertainer HD - Where do I go? 

Head on over using the "Skins" tab at the top of your screen. There are exciting user-donated skins available for you to download and try on your EVA8000.

You can also upload your own custom skin to the section, and share your creation with the world.

In addition, we have a guide on how to install skins on your EVA8000, which you can find here.

Finally, you can discuss skins in our skins forum. Share ideas on new skins, or discuss the one you're using - the possibilities are endless.

We hope that you enjoy this new feature, and have fun with skins on your Digital Entertainer HD!

The MyDigitalEntertainer Team wanted to be the first to welcome attendees at the 2008 Consumer Electronics Show to the community. If you're visiting the site from the show, we welcome you, want you to know that we're excited about NETGEAR's presence and announcements at CES, and thought we'd give you a few places to start in your exploration of the official user community for NETGEAR's digital entertainer technology.

The presenter walks you through product features, supported audio/video/image formats, setup of the unit, etc.  Definitely worth the few minutes it takes to watch.

For many of you, the look and feel of this site will be different from anything you've ever experienced before. My Digital Entertainer's community isn't some off-the-shelf, pre-packaged site like so many others that have sprung up across the web over the years. We at My Digital Entertainer felt that a community should include more than run-of-the-mill forums surrounded by a few blogs.

Sure, we could have taken the easy way out, packaging this site with the same old software that everyone else uses. But then nothing would be seamless. The term "community" would be replaced by "another newsgroup" or "another forum." Then we'd be just like any other site, and that will never do because "average" is not in our vocabulary.

My Digital Entertainer is built on top of a brand new type of community platform, custom designed to offer YOU the best possibly experience, while seamlessly integrating all the pieces a community should have.
