I just recieved my Digital Entertainer 8000HD and working on getting the setup just right.

For some reason I was unable to connect it to a networked drive, the error just said U; is  anetworked drive, unable to connect to mapped drive.

Wondering if anyone had this issue before and how they resolved it.

Please explain more about your issue (i.e. where the share is, how is it shared, network configuration, etc.) and I'll try to help you. If you are trying to connect to a mapped drive from a NAS on your pc change it so the EVA is looking directly at the NAS. Also what version is the firmware on your EVA? If you have not updated it yet, Netgear released a new version about 2 weeks ago.

Thanks pardizzone, I got it to work by using the path directly to the NAS.
