Does EVA 8000 support Netgears Storage Central Turbo SC101T (seems to be SAN insteed to NAS).

I'm confused. Is it some kind of list with compability NAS from Netgear (the cheap one :))

Your correct as in that unit is a SAN not a NAS. You would need to have it attached to a pc to access the media stored on it via the EVA8000. You want to look at the ReadyNAS line of products from Netgear or other NAS products from different manufacturers.

Thank you Peter and pardizzone, I didn't know that I need Ready NAS product, they are much more expensive then Storage Central Turbo. But now I think I'm going to use one of my PC's insteed for NAS. I'v red all discussion about EVA 8000 and I think its a great peace of product. Is the surround sound also as good as music sound (MP3).

If you use the optical/spdif connections you will get full DD 5.1 and DTS as long as your receiver/tv decodes the formats.
