I saw this announced as well, and it's very interesting. I am currently a very happy Netflix subscriber. I've been a little disappointed with their "instant watch" feature for a couple of reasons:

- it isn't compatible with Mac browsers
- the selection is pretty weak

I am assuming that the set-top box will only support the movies that are currently available via Netflix's "instant watch" feature. If that's the case, I am definitely not interested in purchasing the product.

If they work on expanding the selection available for instant watch, I would then be a lot more interested. I also feel that $100 is a bit much to spend; I would only feel comfortable paying around $50.

Otherwise - I'll stick to DVD's :)
