Need assistance in understanding the stracture of the rss file that holds the internet channel/news/RSS.

Thought this was an XML file!!! I have never seen an XML like this, there is no NODE stracture !
Here is a sample, I am on the beta firmware:

"MY.NETGEARCONTENT.COM" "http://my.netgearcontent.com/?q=taxonomy/term/21/0/feed" 0
"VIDEO National Geographic: Wild Chronicles" "http://podcast.nationalgeographic.com/wild-chronicles/" 1
"VIDEO CBS Face the Nation" "http://www.cbsnews.com/common/includes/podcast/podcast_nation_video_1.rss" 1
"AUDIO CNN News Update" "http://rss.cnn.com/services/podcasting/newscast/rss.xml" 2
"AUDIO From The Pages of The Post" "http://www.washingtonpost.com/wp-srv/mmedia/postpodcast.xml" 2

Guess the content is just flat text, but then what do those numbers mean at the end of the line ?

Thanks,

-ml

The file is definately a flat text file. As far as the #s at the end, I don't have those on mine but I use a custom file with my feeds added. The structure is the first "quoted" text is the text that will appear on the EVA's menu. The second "quoted" text is the actual url to the feed.

"everything will be ok in the end. if it's not ok, it's not the end" - unknown

Check out my Blog!

Thanks pardizzone.
Without the #s at the end, the RSS reader fails to read the RSS channels!!
