Hello,

I  was having issues not getting audio from some mkv files....it turns out if they are dts encoded, i get no sound.  Then i tried DTS audio file , all i got  was " noise".

i have Denon AVP A1HDCI , which plays DYS /DTS HD dvd  files flawlessly.

EVA9150 : DTS set to passthrough

Firmware: 2.3.16 NA

any ideas, suggestions or should i contact netgear support

I have the same Problem, nearly every second movie hast this DTS-Track. ON my Notebook i can view AND HEAR the movies when watching with VLC-Player. Only the EVA9100 doesnt play any sound!

SOme interesting thing: on EVA-Setup all sound Formats can be changed to "Stereo" only one can not be changed, here ist always DTS the only possibility. So i wonder where the problem realy is....
