I have a similar problem, my USB flash drive is not recognized by my EVA9100.
My WB Passport drive is found without problems, however.
Anyone know what might cause this problem in detecting USB flash drives?

I've had the powered USB hard drive connected for a while with no issues. We had the power shut off when the power company switched out meters. Now the Eva2000 will not see the drive. I pulled the drive and connected to my pc, with no issues the pc saw it right away. I connected a thumb drive to both USB ports on the Eva2000 again saw it right away.
I've powered down both units then powered up the EVA first, then the USB drive, nothing! I reversed the power up sequence, still nothing.
Does anyone have any ideas?
