Not only can the NETGEAR Digital Entertainer Live (EVA2000) play Internet content from many sources including YouTube, Hulu, and others - but it can also stream all kinds of media content on your network. Stream your music, movies, and more right to your television!

First, make sure that all devices connected to your home network, such as a NETGEAR ReadyNAS or other network-attached storage devices, have sharing enabled. This way, the EVA2000 can view the content easily. You'll have the best connection over a wired connection, but a Wireless-N adapter is also available.

Once you are connected to your home network, your Digital Entertainer Live will automatically find all available public network shares. You can then browse the content on these shares and play your digital media right on your TV.

For even easier access to your digital media, simply plug in any USB storage drive to one of the ports on the back of your EVA2000. It will automatically connect and allow you to browse and play back digital media files stored on the drive. (Note that many USB hard drives may need separate external power.)
