Preferred Video Format for Streaming to EVA8000?

What video format have you found to be the best when streaming to your EVA?  Here's a list of what is supported (courtesy of pardizzone in his troubleshooting article:)

  • Container Formats: AVI, DivX, Xvid WMV, MOV, M4V, VOB, MPG, MP1, MP2, MP4, ISO, IFO, MKV, TS, M2TS
  • Video CODECs: MP1/2/4, Xvid, VC-1/WMV-9, H.264, FLV, OpenDivX all to 1080p
I'd like to know which format you feel is the best for streaming to your EVA, and why - quality, speed, etc. are all factors.

I'd like to know the answer to this question as well. I'd like a format that is stable and very good quality.
